Strawberry Juice Filling Production Line Description:
The strawberry juice filling production line is composed of bottle washing machine, strawberry juice filling machine, capping machine, frame, window sealing, main motor and transmission system, bottle transmission mechanism, cap sorting device and electrical control system.
The turning mechanism of the bottle washing machine is mainly composed of a water distribution tray, a bottle washing clamp, an upper turntable, a guide rail, a protective cover, a water spray device, and a water receiving tray.
The filling mechanism is mainly composed of a filling barrel, a filling valve, a guide rail, a lifting device, and a bottle lifting device.
Solid bottle conveying system: The conveying is stable and reliable. The bottle belt and the strawberry juice filling machine are used for synchronous tracking control or upstream and downstream equipment online control, so that the bottles will not fall, jam or block during the conveying process. The electrical control design is advanced and reasonable. The control method can be designed according to the customer’s floor plan requirements, and the required electrical control components can be selected, so that the conveying is stable and reliable.
The bottle inverting sterilizer is mainly used to sterilize the unsterilized or high-temperature processed parts of the bottle mouth and the inner wall of the bottle cap after the hot filling of the juice, tea and other beverages packed in PET polyester bottles and glass bottles. The bottle inverting sterilizer is made of SUA304 material, which is beautiful and easy to use. The output is 5000-20000 bottles/hour, and the sterilization time is 15-40 seconds for users to choose.
