Washing Part
Rinse with overturned high-pressure sterile water.
Filling Part
Negative pressure and positive pressure are used for precise filling. The bottle mouth was rinsed after filling. Cleaning adopts CIP and material dual-channel cleaning.
Capping Part
Top cover: The lifting type cover is adopted, and the cover washing channel is provided.
Sealing: The principle of rotating cap of aseptic equipment is adopted, which effectively avoids the phenomenon of crooked cap of high cap.

A: Yes. However, the material characteristics must be considered. PET is more rigid and ideal for standard hot filling, while PP offers better heat resistance but is softer.
Q: Can one filling machine handle different bottle sizes like 330ml, 500ml, and 1.5L?
A: Yes. By using Neck-Handling technology, our machines can switch between different bottle heights without adjusting the conveyor height. You only need to change a few “changeover parts” (like star wheels), which typically takes less than 20 minutes.
Q: How do you prevent the “Hot Bottle Deformation” during hot filling?
A: Since PET softens at high temperatures, we use a vacuum-pressure compensation system or a “nitrogen dosing” step. Additionally, the production line must include a cooling tunnel immediately after filling to quickly bring the product temperature down, allowing the bottle to regain its structural rigidity.
