The pure water bottling line adopts PLC control, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain. The main electrical components are made of Siemens, Mitsubishi and other foreign countries, and all parts in contact with water are made of food-grade 304 high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Based on 500ml bottles, about 2,000 bottles per hour, split-type pure water bottling machine can be used to reduce equipment costs. With an output of more than 2000 bottles/hour, three-in-one pure water bottling machine is selected, which integrates washing, filling and capping, with high production efficiency, small footprint, and better product quality control.
1. After the pure water bottling equipment arrives at the user’s workshop, the user should put the equipment in place according to the provided floor plan.
2. Chenyu Machinery will send experienced technicians to guide the installation, commissioning and trial production of the water bottling equipment; Chenyu Machinery will adjust the pure water bottling equipment to the design capacity within the planned time.
3. During the commissioning period, Chenyu Machinery is responsible for providing corresponding spare parts and accessories free of charge.
