Precautions for mineral water bottling line:

1. Check the equipment grounding wire, check whether the air pipe is leaking, whether the air pipe is cracked, etc.

2. During the cleaning process of the mineral water bottling line, it is necessary to remove the leaking material on the filling machine and pay attention to the cleaning of the electrical cabinet.

3. Replace the grease of the motor every year, check the tightness of the transmission chain, and adjust the support force in time.

4. During production, it is necessary to frequently inspect the filling machinery components to see if the rotation and adjustment are normal, if there are any abnormalities, and if the screws are loose.

5. The sensor of the mineral water bottling line is of high precision and high sealing. Collision and overweighting are strictly prohibited. It cannot be touched during work. Disassembly and assembly are not allowed unless required for maintenance.

6. When the mineral water bottling line is not used for a long time, try to drain the raw materials in the pipeline and clean the pipeline with cold water circulation system.
