PET bottle beer filling machine is made of structural steel body, made of 304 stainless steel, and the feet can be adjusted. The efficient filling system of the beer filling machine has advanced automatic control and protection devices.
PET bottle beer filling line adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing,filling and capping. The beer filling machine is equipped with CO2 accuracy pressure control,so that the liquid level is always stable.

Q: Can I use a standard water filling machine for beer in PET?
A: No. Standard water fillers use gravity, which would cause beer to foam uncontrollably. Beer requires Isobaric (Counter-Pressure) filling to balance the internal and external pressure of the carbonated liquid.
Q: Does PET affect the beer’s shelf life?
A: Yes. PET is slightly gas-permeable. Even with a high-quality machine, beer in PET typically has a shorter shelf life (3–6 months) compared to glass or cans unless the bottles have a special Oxygen Scavenger or DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating.
Q: How does the machine handle different PET bottle shapes?
A: Because it uses neck-handling, you can often change bottle volumes (e.g., 500ml to 1L) without changing the machine’s height. You only need to change the Star Wheels if the bottle diameter or neck size changes.
Q: What material is used for contact parts?
A: High-grade Stainless Steel 304 or 316L is used for all parts that touch the beer to ensure food safety and corrosion resistance.
Q: Why is my beer coming out flat?
A: This is often caused by low CO2 pressure in the filling tank or the beer being too warm during the filling process. Beer should ideally be filled at 0–4°C.
