The carbonated soft drink production line is used to produce bottled beverages containing carbon dioxide gas, such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta and other beverage products on the market. The carbonated drink production line is mainly composed of water treatment system, CO2 mixing system, carbonated soft drink filling machine and packaging system.
After the water source is processed by the water treatment equipment, it becomes sterile water and stored in the storage tank. One part is connected to the mixing system for syrup preparation and mixing, and the other part is connected to the carbonated beverage filling machine to clean the bottles. In the carbonated beverage production line, the blending system mainly includes sugar pot, blending tank, syrup filtration equipment, beverage mixer, carbon dioxide purifier, and cooling equipment. The cooled material is mixed with carbon dioxide gas in a carbonated beverage mixer, and finally pumped into carbonated drink filling machine for isobaric filling.
