After the bottle rotates into the water filling machine, the up and down of the filling valve is controlled by the cam on the top of the filling valve. When the filling valve is lowered, the valve is opened for filling, and when the filling valve is raised, the valve is closed.
The water filling machine uses a micro-negative pressure filling method. The advantage of this method lies in the accuracy of the liquid level, no matter whether the filling volume is 250ml or 1500ml, full filling can be achieved.
The high-precision filling valve used in the water filling machine is made of SS304 stainless steel as a whole, which meets the national drinking water standard.
