The working principle of the barreled drinking water production line is that the empty barrel moves with the chain to a working position, and the barrel body is flushed in an inverted state. The rinsing process has a total of eight processes, the first and second alkaline washing, the third drying, the fourth and fifth disinfecting liquid, the sixth drying, the seventh returning water cleaning, and the eighth drying, the ninth pure water washing. The tenth drop is dry, the eleventh pure water is rinsed, and the twelfth drop is dry (it can also be set according to user requirements).
The cleaned bucket of the barreled water production line is turned over 90 degrees with the movement of the chain. The empty bucket is pulled out of the bucket by the pulling cylinder and turned down with the bucket, and then the bucket is turned up by the push cylinder.The bucket is placed on the conveyor belt of the filling machine for filling.
After the disinfection of the empty barrel to the filling position, the filling valve is pushed by the cylinder into the barrel mouth, the filling pump is opened for filling, the filling time is set by the PLC, and the filling can be corrected by using the panel multi-function button according to the level of the liquid level. Time to reach the correct position.
After the filling is completed, the full barrel is sent to the glanding station by the conveyor belt, and the bottle cap is automatically put on the barrel when the wearing position is passed. After the gland is completed, the barreled water filling machine is output through the conveyor chain and enters the post-packaging process.
When the bottle has caps, can remove the cap easily, if without cap, will directly pass the empty bottle to the bottle leakage inspector.
Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5 Gallon barreled water producing line. The outer brushing machine is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing. The outer brushing machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical elements adopt the products with brands of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic elements adopt the products with brand of AIRTAC.
