Automatic bottle unscrambler

The automatic bottle unscrambler is input from the storage bin or manual auxiliary, and is lifted into the barrel of the bottle by the belt. The bottle slides along the tangential direction of the rotating tube through the sliding of the fixed conical bottom. A bottle pulling device is mounted along the tangential line of the rotating cylinder, and its movement is controlled by a cam system installed inside the apparatus. It rotates around a vertical curve and is driven by a motor placed inside the machine. The automatic bottle unscrambler sorts the disorganized plastic bottles (PET bottles) and arranges them in a prescribed direction to the bottle washer or filling machine in an orderly manner, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the workers and improving the efficiency of the filling machine. At the same time, it can also avoid secondary pollution caused by human contact.
