Cap de-capping Machine
As empty barrels move along the conveyor, the machine precisely aligns with the neck, grips the old cap, and pulls it off without damaging the barrel mouth.
Leakage Checket Machlne
Highly sensitive digital sensors measure the internal pressure over a split second. If any pressure drop is detected, the flawed barrel is automatically rejected from the line.
Barrel External Brusher
The barrel is spun rapidly while high-speed, contoured nylon brushes scrub the bottom, sides, and neck with water and cleaning agents.
High Pressure Washing Machine
Utilizing heavy-duty multi-stage pumps, this machine blasts the interior and exterior of the bottle with high-pressure, targeted streams of heated chemical solution or pure water.
Washing Filling Capping Monoblock
This is the core 3-in-1 system where sterilization, high-precision filling, and final sealing happen inside a single, ultra-hygienic enclosed cabin. Minimizes the risk of airborne secondary pollution.
5 Gallon Sleeve Labeling Machine
Automatically applies a plastic shrink sleeve label onto the neck/cap or the body of the 5-gallon bottle. It then passes through a steam or electric heat tunnel, causing the film to shrink tightly and smoothly around the contours of the bottle.
5 Gallon Bagging machine
The filled and capped bottle is automatically pushed into a protective plastic bag. The machine then cuts and heat-seals the bag around the bottle.

A. PC (Polycarbonate): More durable, can withstand higher temperatures (better for hot-water washing), and is the industry standard for returnable/reusable barrels.
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate): Generally used for one-way (non-returnable) bottles. It is cheaper but less heat-resistant.
Q: Can one machine handle both 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles?
A: Yes. Most modern QGF-series machines are designed to be compatible with both 3-gallon and 5-gallon barrels because they share the same neck diameter, though minor height adjustments may be needed on the conveyor or filling heads.
Q: Can the machine handle different cap types?
